Due to the personal nature of skincare and hygiene standards, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  •         - The product received is damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrect.
  •       The return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  •       The product is unused and returned in its original packaging with all labels intact.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • The refund amount may reflect in your account within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.

Cancellation Policy

You have the option to cancel your order either before it is dispatched or within 1 hour of placing the order, whichever comes first.
